CDL-A Company Drivers! Join our Team for Great Benefits, Most Evenings Home and Most Weekends Off! No-touch Freight!Compensation:
    • Average Earnings: Earn around $1500 weekly, with potential for more based on your motivation and availability. Earn based on 35% of line haul plus accessorial and detention pay.

Work:
    • Haul Shipping Containers: Home terminal will be in Saginaw, Texas. Operate from Dallas and Fort Worth terminals servicing both regional and local warehouse accounts. Be home nearly every night!
    • Weekend Work: Rotate in about once per month, or more if you request.
    • No-Touch Freight: Focus on driving, not unloading.
    • Low Driver-to-Dispatcher Ratios: Enjoy personalized support.
    • Modern Tech: Smartphones and mobile apps to reduce paper handling and speed up driver pay.

Job Responsibilities:
    • Compliance and Record-Keeping: Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies and maintain daily logs and reports.
    • Punctuality: Ensure on-time performance and effective route planning.
    • Equipment Care: Inspect and report any issues immediately.
    • Efficiency and Professionalism: Manage routes for on-time delivery and fuel cost savings and represent the company positively in all interactions.
    • Weekend Work: Rotate in once a month, more if needed or requested.
Requirements:
    • Class A CDL and TWIC card: Must be 23 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Must have or provide verification of application within 30 days of hire.
    • Experience: At least two years of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (intermodal preferred) with no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
    • Background Check: Must pass in accordance with laws and regulations.
