Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $3,500 - $4,400 per month (100% per load, semi-monthly pay)

Location: Based in Mesa, AZ (Pickup equipment at Tempe yard)

About the Role:Roger Davis Trucking Inc is seeking experienced CDL-A Drivers with a Tanker Endorsement for local hazmat tanker operations. In this role, you will transport liquid cargo (milk) between designated locations, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. This is a local driving position with a 5-day workweek, providing the perfect blend of steady work and the ability to return home daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pickup equipment at our Tempe yard and travel to loading and unloading locations.
• Complete additional scheduled loads as required.
• Return equipment to the yard at the end of the shift.
• Perform vehicle maintenance tasks, including fueling, tanker washouts, and supply restocking for the next driver.

Schedule:

• Five days per week (start times and days of operation to be determined).

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license with a Tanker Endorsement.
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to regulations.
• Training provided for obtaining an Arizona Department of Agriculture milk sampler license.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay of $3,500 to $4,400 monthly based on loads completed.
• Semi-monthly pay schedule (3rd and 17th).
• Comprehensive training to meet state licensure requirements.
