Purpose: The CDL Driver will partner with the NHT team and customers by picking up and delivering freight to various locations. This position will take responsibility for verifying and maintaining case counts, at all times, and paperwork of the daily loads. Responsibilities / Essential Functions: •Ensures quality customer service.•Provides accurate and neat paperwork.•Services the five boroughs in NYC.•Loads and unloads trailers.•Breaks down freight (as needed).•Maintains clean and neat equipment.Education & Experience: •Must have and maintain a valid CDL•Valid Medical Card•Hold a valid driver's license for a minimum of three years (does not need to be a CDL license)•Complete support of and willing adherence to NHT's mission, vision and core values.
