The CELINE Business Supervisor is the leader and brand ambassador for CELINE in Bergdorf Goodman playing a crucial role in building and developing an exceptional team that consistently provides superior client service and ensuring that the boutiques exceed defined performance targets while delivering the BG and CELINE experience.
Responsibilities:
* Promotes the vision and culture of the CELINE brand?while championing BG values on a consistent basis.
* Develop and achieve business goals, partnering with BG teams and CELINE to devise creative and strategic solutions to increase sales.
* Develops and strategizes with BG teams to achieve sales goals for CELINE as well as the achievement of each homebase associate's goals (this includes sales volume, and any defined KPIs).
* In partnership with Celine corporate team and BG merchant team, Understand and explain store performance by category as well as its mix (lines, functions, collections, etc.)
* Organize monthly review with key stakeholders.
* With the BG Leadership Team create and manage strategies to increase brand availability to OHB Sellers.
* Create and implement Client Strategies ensuring there is a clear vision for an Emerging Private Client Program in BG as well as a strategy for Development and Retention of current VIC client relationships.
* Leads the partnership and execution between BG and CELINE on all client facing events and experiences.
* Participates in Seasonal Buy Reviews.
* Visual liaison with CELINE. Monitor the general appearance of the store. Maintain merchandising standards as set forth by corporate visual department in partnership with the BG Visual Merchandiser
* Facilitates scheduling of all CELINE training needs including Collection Launches / Trunk Shows, Selling Ceremony and Operations.
* Keep all product support tools well organized and ensure all team members have access to the information
* Collates business recaps to communicate to all critical stake holders through executive summaries and seller communication. Provide weekly qualitative and quantitative business reports on a weekly basis.
* Keep proprietary info in BG. Utilizing the upmost discretion in all communication.
