Cellar Production Operator - Kelly Services : Job Details

At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we're seeking a Cellar Production Operator to join our growing team in Canandaigua, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in wine production and looking for a steady position in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Participate in cellar production, including tank sanitation, sampling, blending, and fermentation maintenance.
• Operate designated machine centers and input data into the wine inventory system.
• Perform in-process and final product quality control checks and maintain GMP standards.

Safety & Sanitation:

• Safely operate equipment and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure all work areas comply with food safety standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of a respirator when required.

Team Support & Reporting:

• Complete routine production reporting and provide support to the team as needed.
• Assist in meeting production goals in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; or one year of experience in wine production or manufacturing.
• Forklift certification and experience in operation.
• Ability to work in small areas and at heights.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and read and interpret simple instructions.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Compliance with GMP policies and safety standards.
