Cement Development Engineer (Electrical Engineering) - Leamington, Utah - CRH PLC : Job Details

This position should be viewed as learning and training position; the Cement Development Engineer (CDE) is expected to develop leadership, technical and organizational skills while performing a variety of assigned job functions within a manufacturing facility. The CDE will have a mentoring relationship with a key staff member, will attend a variety of training courses to develop both technical and soft skills, and will be expected to rotate through various departments of the facility to develop experience and knowledge of the process and industry. What youll be contributing: Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines. Develop an understanding of the cement manufacturing process and propose changes to improve operating costs, efficiencies, environmental impact and product quality.
