Job Title:Position Summary:The Mathnasium Center Director is responsible for overseeing the learning center's daily operations, ensuring student success, parent satisfaction, staff development, and business growth. They manage educational programs, customer relationships, staff performance, and business results. Center Directors are passionate about student learning, staff development, and fostering a supportive, team-oriented culture.Key Responsibilities:
Academic & Center Operations Management - Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient center functionality.
- Administer assessments, diagnose learning gaps, and create individualized learning plans.
- Ensure delivery of exceptional math instruction and student progress.
- Manage student records, schedules, and learning materials.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming learning environment.
- Customer Engagement & Sales
- Respond to inquiries, conduct consultations, and convert leads into enrollments.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and prospective clients.
- Conduct parent meetings to discuss student progress and address concerns.
- Promote retention through excellent customer service and regular communication.
- Staff Development
- Hire, train, and mentor instructional staff to ensure high teaching standards.
- Conduct coaching sessions, staff meetings, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive, collaborative team environment driven by clear goals.
- Develop future leaders within the team through effective delegation and training.
- Business Development & Marketing
- Monitor and drive key performance metrics, including enrollment and revenue.
- Implement marketing campaigns, community outreach, and school partnerships.
- Manage the center's online presence, including reviews and digital updates.
- Promote referral programs and build long-term community relationships.
- Administrative & Facility Management
- Maintain financial records, including payments and invoices.
- Oversee staff schedules to ensure full coverage and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the learning center is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory of learning materials and office supplies.Required Skills & Qualifications:
