Job Description :
The Office Coordinator is essential in supporting the Center on Disability and Inclusions operations including various projects underneath the Centers umbrella. The position will support a large professional staff managing local, national and international projects and will be essential in the organization of Center databases, grant and budget tracking, office management, and daily operations. The Office Coordinator will also support event logistics, interfacing with various departments on campus to coordinate logistics, catering, and facilities. This position is part of a bargaining unit and is represented by the union SEIU, Local 200 United. Education and Experience Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred. Two (2) plus years of experience providing administrative support in a fast paced and high demand office setting. Experience with provision of administrative support required.
