The Central Monitoring Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Central Monitoring Desk (CMD) to ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer service in terminal operations. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage a team of analysts, execute operational plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Directs and oversees the work activities of the Central Monitoring Desk (CMD) Team to ensure premier customer service, operational excellence, and product quality by effectively analyzing and monitoring terminal operations and load rack movements. Provides guidance, coaching, mentoring and support to foster a high-performing team environment. Accountable for onboarding, training, coaching, mentoring, of new CMD analysts.
