Central Supply Coordinator - Onyx Procurement Solutions : Job Details

Most Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care facilities suffer from untracked or mistracked spending, we are their partner in getting back on track.

Our office is located in Morton Grove, IL and we are looking for a highly motivated Central Supply Coordinator to assist the company in creating strong relationships with suppliers and maintaining the existing ones.

The Sourcing specialists responsibilities include:

• Review DME rentals and Central Supply lists with clients via email and in-person.
• Maintain DME rental and Central Supply lists updated and determine which equipment should be purchased.
• Coordinating purchase proposals for capital projects
• Owning the end-to-end PO to invoice process for all sourcing projects.
• Review item substitutions and discontinued items submitted by suppliers.
• Manage daily que of requests from direct email and task management workflow.
• Ensure timely completion of requests.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience working within Central Supply or DME Rental Company
• BS in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Economics preferred Not Required
• Proficient in Microsoft products Excel and Outlook
