NOW HIRING: Central Supply Coordinator

Responsibilities of a Central Supply Coordinator:

  • Manage and maintain the inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and materials needed for the nursing home

  • Order, receive, and distribute supplies to various departments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate stock levels

  • Track and monitor supply usage, making adjustments to inventory orders as needed

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely shipments

  • Maintain accurate records of supply orders, deliveries, and stock levels

  • Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to identify supply needs and address any shortages

  • Ensure that all supplies and equipment meet safety and quality standards

Qualifications of a Central Supply Coordinator:

  • Previous experience in inventory management or supply coordination, preferably in a healthcare setting

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software

  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members and vendors

  • Knowledge of medical supplies and equipment is a plus
