Centralized Lending Processor - Oregon State Credit Union : Job Details

Accurate with paperwork? Like crunching numbers? Join Oregon State Credit Union's Centralized Lending department where you'll get to help our members every day get the financing they need to purchase a vehicle, or meet their other financial goals.

As a Centralized Lending Processor, you will make a difference to our members by keeping track of and processing vehicle loan or credit card loan paperwork and providing advanced information concerning credit union eligibility, products and policies. You'll consult with members over the phone to gather documentation and discuss their loan status, funding or closing loans, or to identify needs and provide solutions that are in their best financial interest. You'll speak with your branch coworkers to make decisions on loans and field hotline calls about loan products. While this is a back-office position, we'll still anticipate that you will be professional in your appearance and project the confidence and competence that people rely on from employees handling their important and sensitive financial matters.

Schedule: Must be available to work Mon-Fri, between the hours of 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

What you will need to be successful:

* High school diploma or GED

* One year administrative/office work

* Attention to detail while processing data quickly

* Must have experience working with the public, and exceptional phone skills

* MS Office computer experience

Location: 4800 SW Research Way, Corvallis

Work type: Full-time, on-site and non-exempt

Compensation: $22/hr + incentives & bonus
