Full-Time Centralized Scheduler - Customer Service Team
Hiring Range: $18.13- $21.75 Per Hour

The Customer Service - Centralized Scheduler Representative is responsible for appointment scheduling for all Kitsap Mental Health Services locations. The Customer Service - Centralized Scheduler Representative is also responsible for updating client's personal information and insurance information in the Electronic Health Record System. The central scheduling team works with the clinical staff to optimize the provider's ability to provide services to clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Ensure positive agency communication by answering telephone calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Return messages left on voicemail system.
* Maintains and schedules appointments following agency scheduling policies.
* Answers questions regarding client appointments.
* Performs related general office/clerical support duties.
* Fill provider's schedules when necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE: Experienced (minimum two years of job-related experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE: Course work in medical/psychiatric terminology.
Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
