As acentralized support representative, you'll play a key role expediting the collection process of a claim - making use of Progressive systems and databases to retrieve claim and contact information. In addition to handling administrative tasks essential to resolving claims, sort mail by department/recipient as well as process interoffice mail for delivery . - High school diploma or GED equivalent or higher with one or more years of relevant work experience

Location: This is an in-office position in Mayfield Village, OH. After 90 days, you will have the opportunity to work remotely two days a week based on business need.
Training Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm ET (approximately 8 weeks)
Regular Schedule:Monday - Friday from 9:30am - 6:00pm ET Compensation
- $17.75 /hour
- Gainshare cash incentive plan of up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
Physical requirements/working conditions:
- Must be able to move and/or lift mail trays at any given time.
- Requires long periods of standing (e.g., mailroom)
- May require prolonged repetitive use of the upper extremities.
- Required to frequently walk, sit, bend, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate machines.
