  • Data Entry and Management:

  • Social Media Management:
    • Assist in managing social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers.
    • Monitor social media trends and analytics.
  • Project Management:
    • Assist with project coordination and tracking progress.
    • Maintain project timelines and deliverables.
  • Customer Support:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via email or chat.
    • Manage customer feedback and maintain records.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
