Annual Salary: $49,920 - $66,560 ($24.00 to $32.00 per hour)

This is a non-exempt position that is paid by the hour.

Work Location and Hours of Operations

Northwest Asthma and Allergy 22605 SE 56th St, Issaquah WA

Monday Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm

Job Summary

Northwest Asthma and Allergy Group is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to assist with clinical operations at our Issaquah location. This role will work with patients of all ages. You will assist with rooming patients, collecting vitals, and performing point-of-care testing associated with asthma and allergy care, including skin prick (scratch) and intradermal testing, patch testing, administering vaccines and allergy shots and performing lung function testing (spirometry and FENO). On-the-job training and education will be provided.

Requirements:

We are seeking a candidate with the following:

  • Self-motivation, empathy, and stellar interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Enthusiasm and desire to participate as a team member and gain a variety of technical skills
  • A history of working in an outpatient setting, preferably in asthma/allergy, ENT, pediatric, or dermatology specialty offices
  • Current Washington State LPN or CMA license at the time of hire
  • Current Basic Life Support certification (CPR & First Aid cards)

Employment offers are contingent upon successfully completing the required drug screening and background checks. All clinical staff must be fully vaccinated.
