Certified Medical Assistant - with 2 years experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care
• Greet patients and provide them with necessary forms and instructions.
• Obtain and record vital signs
• Prepare patients for examination by performing basic medical procedures as instructed by the physician
• Assist in performing minor medical procedure
• Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Process insurance verifications, billing, and coding for patient visits.
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Ensure that medical charts and documentation are up-to-date and in compliance with privacy regulations (HIPAA).
