Certified Medical Assistant - The Judge Group : Job Details

Our client is currently seeking a Certified Medical Assistant!

Location: Allentown, PA

Type: Open Contract, potential to convert to permanent!

Schedule: 2 to 3 days per week to start, eventually will be 5 days

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Assists in examination and treatment of patients, performing miscellaneous delegated duties under the direction of physician.
• Asks patients questions regarding injury or ailments
• Takes vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height, and records information on patients' charts.
• Prepares treatment rooms for examination of patients.
• Cleans and sterilizes instruments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Medical Assisting Certificate
• EMR Experience
• Phlebotomy Experience
• Experience in outpatient clinical setting
