Certified Medication Aide (CMA) - Radiant Medical Staffing : Job Details

$33 - $36 Per Hour (DOE)JOB SUMMARY:As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) partnering with Radiant you will administer medications to residents in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Travel to contracted locations and work assigned shifts* Follow contracted locations policies and procedures* Administer medications as ordered by the plan of care for each resident* Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following community and regulatory guidelines* Seek licensed staff assistance as needed and with PRN medications* Assure medications are given to the right person, in the right manner at the right time* Chart all appropriate documentation* Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services* Maintain patient confidentiality* As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) you will work with nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition* Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc* Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families* Adheres to the policies and procedures of the facility* Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:* Must be 18 years of age* Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) License or CNA License with proof of Certified Medication Aide (CMA) program enrollmentBENEFITS:* Birthday/Holiday Pay* Referral Bonuses* 401K* PTO Accrual
