Certified Nurse Aide - Troy - Optalis Healthcare : Job Details

Certified Nurse Aide Location: Oakland - 925 West South Blvd., Troy, MI, 48085 We are seeking a Licensed CNA who is passionate about resident care to join our team at a building located in the Troy/Rochester area. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Requirements:

• Current CNA license in the state of Michigan
• Passionate about resident care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
