Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) - Tomah Nursing & Rehabilitation : Job Details

$4,000 Sign on Bonus (FT)!! Full Time/ Part Time/ and PRN!!! Openings on All Shifts!! Shift Differential for 2nd and 3rd Shifts. Must hold current license to practice as a CNA.

Job Description for CNA

• Full Time: 1st/2nd/3rd Shifts + $4000 Sign on Bonus

• Part Time: 1st/2nd/3rd Shifts + $2000 Sign on Bonus

• PRN: 1st/2nd/3rd Shifts!!

• 7.5 Hour Shifts

• 74 Bed Facility

• CNA will provide Resident care according to an approved Care Plan

• Assist with daily activities, resident safety, and personal care

• Understand and practice infection control procedures

• Comply with all documentation/record-keeping policies including vitals

• Reports all violation of the Residents Bill of Rights immediately

Qualifications for CNA

• Completed CNA/STNA Course/State Licensed

• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal

• Service mentality and a thirst for learning

• Positive Can-Do Attitude

• Excellent Attendance
