Pay Range: $16.72 - $21.58/hourThe approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.Education Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year Home Health Aide and/or Nursing Assistant Registered experience required unless recently certified
• Successful completion of a verifiable recognized nurse aide training program
• Current registration on applicable state registry

Preferred qualification:

• Previous hospital, nursing home or home health experience.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Current Minnesota state registration as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing assistant with the completion of 80 hours of Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program that meets federal guidelines.
