Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)-Bethlehem, Pennsylvania Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Shift Timings: Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm Evening Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm Every other weekend and holiday required Job Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct care to residents, ensuring comfort and quality nursing services in accordance with established policies. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, observing and reporting health changes, and maintaining a safe, clean environment for residents. The CNA will work under the direction of the nursing staff to deliver personalized care and ensure the highest standards of resident well-being. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer call lights and assist residents with daily tasks (bathing, grooming, feeding, etc.).
• Monitor and report changes in resident health to supervisors.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
• Apply protective devices and topical creams as needed.
• Complete daily charting and attend mandatory training.
• Ensure resident rights and confidentiality are maintained.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of CNA experience preferred.
• Valid Nurse Aide Registration in Pennsylvania.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire (facility provides training).
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide compassionate care.
