Starting Pay Range: $16 - $20/hr Conducts meaningful community outreach by offering personalized support to patients and their families through home visits or at convenient locations. These visits, guided by the patient's healthcare provider, are designed to empower families and enhance the health and well-being of patients served by the Oneida Indian Nation Health Services. What you will do as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
  • Assist patients or families caregivers of daily living (ADL's) as identified by provider which may include bathing, personal care, dressing, eating and personal hygiene.
  • Transport patients to and from medical appointments; off-site medical appointments as directed by provider.
  • Monitor patient medications and communicates compliance to patient's family and provides Facilities prescription process if required.
To be successful as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll need:
  • A High School Diploma required.
  • Current valid HHA or CNA NYS certification.
  • Exceptional customer/patient skills.
  • Valid NYS Driver's License.
