Job Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute settings
• Monitoring residents' conditions and reporting updates to nursing staff
• Documenting vital signs and other essential metrics
• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance with best hygiene practices
• Transporting residents within the facility and assisting with movements as necessary
• Engaging with residents to provide comfort and build trust
• Following care plans and compliance with relevant regulations
• Facilitating communication between residents, staff, and family members

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Understanding of medical terminology and nursing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
