What do we have to offer? * Pay Rate: Up to $23/hr DOE (PRN Not included in this rate) * Shifts: $1,500 for PM Shifts; $1,000 for NOC Shifts + Shift Differentials * Classification: Hourly, non-exempt. Full Time & Part Time available. What do we need from you? (Please note, this list is not all-inclusive and other related duties may be assigned) * To provide our residents personal hygiene services to include bedpans, urinals, baths, back rubs, and assistance with showers * To provide activities for daily living such as assists with meals and feeds patients; ambulates, turns, and positions patients; provides fresh water and nourishment between meals * To administer elimination assistance including toileting, enema, catheter care, training programs, and cleansing. * To restrain residents in chair/bed as instructed by physician, and conduct prompt follow-up every 30 minutes * To provide for comfort of needs of residents * To be dependable, punctual and maintain a consistent attendance * To clean, disinfect and return all resident care equipment to storage after use * To help us identify potential problems and help us find the solution * To support and enforce infection-control policies and procedures. * To cooperate and maintain a good rapport with colleagues, medical staff, other departments, and visitors. * To accept assignments as needed to provide necessary care for residents. What do you bring to the table? * A High School Diploma or equivalent. * Successful completion of a nursing assistant course that is certified by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH). * A clean IDPH background record. * Previous hospital or senior care experience * Excellent interpersonal relations and proven communication skills, both verbal and written. Other federally regulated requirements: * Must be willing to undergo pre-employment background check, including (MVR) moving vehicle records. * Must have or be willing to receive the Flu-Shot Vaccine, and TB testing. * Must be willing to undergo pre-employment drug screening, including cannabis. * Must be willing to undergo biometric screening.
