They are, therefore, our most precious resource.CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Responsibilities:* Gives direct care as assigned, i.e., bath, shower, oral hygiene, giving and removing bedpans/urinals, personal grooming, and all other hygienic needs* Cleans and cares for bedside equipment and the residents' environment, occupied and unoccupied beds, bedside tables, dressers, residents' clothing, and personal belongings* Practices safety rules at all times to prevent accidents* Assist the nurse in maintaining continuous observation of and assisting residents* Conduct resident care rounds, visiting each resident for at least one to two hours* Prepare residents for meals, and help or feed residents as needed* Completes all documentation before the end of the shift* Establishes and maintains a rapport with residents, families, visitors, and all levels of staffCNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Qualifications:* Must have a valid and clear Florida CNA certification number* Skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience for senior care is preferred but not required* Well versed with documentation writing on Point Click Care (PCC) system; training provided* Document patient's progress on weekly progress notes in a timely fashion* Collaborates with all disciplines to provide the best patient-centered treatment and care* Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence* Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours and demonstrate professionalism* Compliance with confidentiality, HIPPA, and Federal Residents' RightsShift: 7AM-3PM & 3PM - 11PMSalary: $16.50 per hourCoral Reef Subacute Care Center, formerly Coral Reef Nursing and Rehab Center, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.IND123INDCNA
