Amaris Home Health Care Agency -Amaris Home Health Care is searching for compassionate and dedicated CNA's to join our team!Purpose : Help individuals of all ages reach their ideal state of function and independence in the peace and comfort of their own homes. This position provides skilled personal care and comfort measures to clients in the home setting. The ideal candidate will have prior home health and EMR experience.CNA Responsibilities:· Assists the client with or provides personal care as assigned by the plan of care. Personal care duties include: bathing (tub, shower, or bed), care of hair, skin, feet and mouth, toileting (bed pan, commode or toilet), dressing, transfer, ambulation, simple range of motion, assist with self-administration of medications, stand by assistance· Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration· Documents activities performed in the client's home at the time of the visit· Documents client concerns and difficulties and reports the same to Clinical Coordinator or Administrator· Completes and submits required paperwork accurately and on time· Organizes and implements his/her schedule to meet productivity expectations· Participates in the development of clients care plan· Participates in client case conferences according to company proceduresQualifications:· Successful completion of a certified nursing assistant course· Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively· Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical record preferred· Valid state Driver's License with reliable transportationBenefits:* Health Insurance* Vision and Dental Insurance* Supplemental Insurance* Competitive pay* 401(k) plan* Paid time off* Flexible schedulingPay : $25.00/hourAmaris Home Health Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
