Pay: Starting at $18.00+ per hour based upon experience

What are my responsibilities?• Provides personal care to the patients on assigned neighborhood. • Observes and reports obvious physical and behavioral abnormalities to the nurse manager immediately. • Responsible to document all patient care in POC and notify Nurse Manager of refusals of care or abnormalities in vital signs. • Answering call light timely to determine the patients' needs.
