Part time positions available for Day, Evening, and Night shifts.

Your Role:

As a dedicated CNA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of our residents, engaging in their daily living activities in line with individual service plans. The Stellar approach emphasizes kindness, professionalism, and respect for the dignity of each resident. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional resident care, helping with daily activities of living (ADLs), and assisting with personal hygiene.
  • Responding promptly to patient call lights with a compassionate and helpful demeanor.
  • Ensuring residents receive appropriate diets by understanding their preferences and dietary needs.
  • Recording vital signs as requested by nursing staff.
  • Notifying the Nurse in Charge of any changes in resident conditions promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a Nurse Assistant in the state of CO.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for our residents.
  • Ability to work well both as a team member and independently.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • A genuine love and compassion for seniors.
