The supervision model is a max 4:1 ration. This is a hospital employed W-2 position.Job ResponsibilitiesWide array of case mix to include General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, Neuro, Vascular, and Trauma. No complex pediatrics, burns, or transplants.Salary & Benefits

Qualifications

• Completion of a graduate program
• Certified through National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Idaho CRNA licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed, valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA

Work ScheduleFixed shift, 40 hours a week. Scheduled for 1760 hours annually to maintain 1.0 FTE status.
