Coverage Needed

• March 3 - Ongoing

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
  • 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • Night Call 3:30 pm - 7:00 am
  • Weekend Call

Clinical Details

• 4 ORs and 1 designated endoscopy suite
• Case Mix Includes: Ortho, ENT, Gyn, General, Endoscopy, Podiatry, Urology, and Ophthalmology
• Call Response Time 45 Minutes
• Patient Age Group: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics

Requirements

• Board Certified NBCRNA Required
• Active MN License or IMLC in Hand
• ACLS, BLS, PALS Required
• Active DEA Required

Support Staff

• Other CRNAs and MDs
