• Facility: 44-bed
• Coverage Need: ONE WEEK PER MONTH, 1-2 SHIFTS PER WEEK
• Call Coverage: EACH NIGHT, IN-HOUSE TO COVER OB & OR
• Number of ORs: 4, AND 2 ENDO ROOMS, OB C/S SUITE
• Case types: BREAD AND BUTTER, VERY FEW PEDS, NO HEARTS, NO NEURO
• Annual OB volume: 800/YEAR, CRNAs DO THE EPIDURALS/ SABs FOR C/S
• Travel & Lodging: COVERED
