Join a collegial team of six CRNAs at this thriving independent community hospital in Southern Illinois just outside of Evansville, IN.-Extraordinarily competitive compensation - $310-425K+, commensurate with experience and scope of practice-Best-in-industry scholarship stipend/loan support: $300K-Generous signing bonus and relocation stipend-Desirable case mix - lots of orthopedic surgery and general surgery, no OB-Come and go as you please and avoid waiting around at the hospital if it's a slow day! If the surgery schedule is light, you're free to go home (or not come in) and it still counts as a workday.-Outstanding work/life balance - 32-34 hours per work week on average-This is an extremely financially stable hospital, and their surgical services are the crown jewel of the organization.
