For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $4,000 sign on bonus for Certified Residential Medication Aides

Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time CRMA position, per diem hires are ineligible.

Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

The Memory Care Unit is seeking a CRMA to join the team!

Summary: This position consists of 24 hours per week.

The Certified Residential Medication Aide - Long Term Care role is responsible for administering medications accurately and in a timely manner to residents in accordance with state and federal regulations and standards of nursing practice under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides personal care services to residents in the role of PSS.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

2. License/Certifications: Completion of a forty (40) hour CRMA certification required. Current of a PSS course within 90 days of start date required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.

3. Experience: Prior long term care experience preferred.
