We are looking for an established leader to lead our Accounting/Finance team.

• Lead and develop the finance team while overseeing all accounting and controlling operations across the business unit, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive the monthly construction activities closing process, ensuring accurate GAAP-compliant financial reporting and delivering comprehensive analysis of financial changes and positions.
• Manage all cash and banking operations, including collections, payments, forecasting, and parent company reporting to optimize cash flow management.
• Champion internal controls and SOX compliance, while serving as the primary liaison with external auditors for construction operations. Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Spearhead finance function modernization through process automation and efficiency improvements, driving organizational productivity and innovation.
