We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team and play a pivotal role in establishing financial structure within the parent company, while bringing finance operations in-house from subsidiary companies.
The right candidate should have extensive healthcare experience and experience dealing with a revenue size of around $500 million.
Responsibilities:
Establish and implement financial structures within the parent company, streamlining processes and ensuring efficiency.Oversee the transition of finance operations from subsidiary companies to the parent company.Actively engage with financial institutions, maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial partners.Lead forecasting efforts, providing accurate financial projections and strategic insights to support decision-making.Assume responsibility for the oversight and management of all financial aspects of the organization.Collaborate with executive leadership to drive financial strategies that align with organizational goals.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.Extensive experience dealing with a revenue size of at least $500 million.Strong background in healthcare finance, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.Demonstrated success in financial management, strategic planning, and execution.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Email resume to: [email protected]
