Job Description :

We are looking for a Change Management Lead for our client, a global tech company in Austin, Texas for a 4 month Hybrid contract.

*Candidate must be based in Austin Metro area for consideration. Onsite presence is required 3 days per week*

Description

As the Change Management Lead, you will collaborate with business owners, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders to assess current processes and systems against proposed future states, identifying and documenting change impacts. You will lead change management efforts by conducting impact analyses, developing training materials for both instructor-led and self-paced sessions, and creating communication materials to support the adoption of new processes and technologies. Additionally, you will manage your work stream by overseeing planning, status reporting, and risk and dependency management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project/program/change management and/or training content development and delivery on similar programs
  • Expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools, including process improvement and technical documentation
  • Experience working on enterprise-scale, multi-country digital transformation projects
  • Experience working on multi-release projects following the Agile methodology
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in CRM implementations such as Salesforce is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of B2B business processes such as account planning and management, lead, opportunity, and lifecycle management, partner collaboration, forecasting, campaign management is a plus
  • Change management certification (such as PROSCI) or other designation is a plus
  • Proficiency with Apple iWork Tools - Keynote, Numbers, Pages.
  • Experience working with sales teams in US Education or Government markets
  • Passion for problem solving and overcoming business challenges in partnership with others
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners. Past experience developing communications and training materials
  • Experience collaborating on projects with a geographically dispersed team in a highly-matrixed, fast-paced environment. Requires onsite presence to effectively collaborate with the team
  • Solid track record of leading strategic programs combined with the ability to execute tactical, project-level activities, and tasks
  • Resilience, tenacity, and attention to detail

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $45.00-$48.27 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
