The Technology & Operations (T&O) Program Change Lead is responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of changes driven by the T&O portfolio of programs across both enterprise and broadcast systems. This role focuses on the people side of technology change, requiring the development and maintenance of strong relationships with impacted audiences, including managers at all levels. The Change Lead acts as a trusted adviser, supporting teams through periods of change.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management Analysis & Assessments:
    • Conduct thorough analysis of programs or projects to determine the level of change support required.
    • Understand change drivers and impacts to build a comprehensive plan for delivering change and ensuring its integration into Business As Usual (BAU).
  • Change Strategy Development:
    • Create and implement change management strategies and plans to drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and proficiency with changes impacting the workforce.
    • Identify key change moments and mitigate any program risks/issues.
  • Collaboration & Integration:
    • Collaborate with specialist training, communication, technical, and support teams to develop and implement change plans.
    • Integrate change management activities into project plans and reporting.
  • Resistance Management:
    • Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change.
    • Consult and coach project teams, managers, and supervisors to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • User Readiness & Success Metrics:
    • Evaluate and ensure user readiness for changes.
    • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Manage key relationships with program and project teams.
    • Utilize a network of change ambassadors to support change initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
    • Bachelor of Arts or equivalent combination of training, experience, and skills.
    • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
    • Experience working in IT and/or Broadcast environments with project managers and technical staff.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Strong relationship management and influencing skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
    • Experience in a similar role within a large organization.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies.

    Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
