Change Manager - Insight Global : Job Details

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transition Manager for a sports retail client based out of Beaverton, OR. This Change/Transition Manager will oversee the transitioning period and vendor/supplier consolidation of guard vendors, security hardware suppliers, physical security software, etc across the globe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, physical security systems, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

HYBRID MODEL: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years experience in technical project/program manager with a focus on Physical Security or related field.
• Experience with ERP transitions and rolling out new processes.
• Experience creating communication or training plans
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• Familiar working in an Agile Environment.
• Experience with AirTable or similar tools like Smartsheet or excel

Compensation:

$55/hr to $60/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
