Responsibilities:

• Preps charts for scheduled appointments.
• Scans and attaches documents in patient's electronic medical records.
• Also responsible for organizing and sorting patient information.
• Answer phone calls.
• Respond to record requests.
• Demonstrates an understanding of patient confidentiality.
• Other duties as requested or assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Two years of Medical Record Experience Preferred
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology Preferred
• Experience with Scanning and Attaching Documents Required
