Job Description:
+ Manage customer interactions and resolve queries.
+ Address and resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring a positive user experience.
+ Work closely with customer support, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless resolution of user issues.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of previous customer service experience
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Knowledge of technical/keyboard short cuts
+ Ability to type 50+ WPM
Hours
Hours will be 8:30-5pm M-F for training. Once trained, will be switching to Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat shift 830-5pm.
