Job Title: Cheese MakerJob DescriptionResponsible for interpreting the recipe formulas, mixing the ingredients, and operating the equipment in the cheese-making process. Tasks include blending, pasteurizing, homogenizing, and pH balancing all cream cheese products. Assist with maintaining inventory of ingredients and packaging for co-pack products by alerting the cream cheese supervisor.
