We are looking for a talented, Passionate and professional Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team andprepare food to the chef's specifications. In this role, mentored by our Executive Chef and Sous Chef's you'llhave the opportunity to learn and perform tasks for creating our high-quality dishes, all while maintaining ourhigh standards of food quality, professionalism and cleanliness. The successful candidate will be given theopportunity to grow with us in the kitchen and further their culinary goals.Qualifications• Minimum of 2+ years' experience working in a similar role.• Background in fine dining and/or Michelin training.• A professional and polished approach to working in a busy atmosphere.• Strong work ethic and customer-focused approach.• Culinary trained and professional.• Stable work experience background.• Well-versed in verbal communication skills.• Passionate, Curious, Sincere, Driven, Empathetic and Highly motivated.Responsibilities• Work directly with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to consistently achieve the highest qualitystandard.• Menu Development, Training development.• highest standards for health, sanitation, and safety standards necessary in food handling and overallcleanliness.• Ability to follow recipes, pictures and specifications. As well as following signage and displays fordates, food quality, cleanliness, and food safety.• Share the sections responsibility of proper storing procedures, food orders, equipment, sanitation,Allergy's and hygiene to Company and local standards.• Taste and review products daily with your Chef de Partie to ensure quality and consistency withpreparation and presentation.• Mise en Place Production: Efficiently and accurately produce mise en place as requested by theExecutive Chef and Sous Chefs.• Keep a clear work area and positive attitude, helping out where necessary to deliver a product that willexceed our guests' expectations.• Share responsibility for the growth of our Commis team, training them on your section to the kitchenstandard.• Have a willingness to learn and grow as part of the team.• Keep waste to a minimum and discard spoiled food products from the station in accordance withcompany procedure• Ability to perform all essential duties during a lengthy, high-volume and high-pressure service.Benefits• $21.50 - $23.25 Per Hour depending on experience• 10 days PTO.• Creative freedom of the menu with the ability to add seasonal/hyper seasonal specials.• Quality of life: Consistent schedules with a great work life balance.• Comprehensive benefits plan, including medical, dental, vision and life insurance.• Work life and wellness benefit platform.• Working Advantage program with Retail, Restaurants & Activities discounts platform.• 401k retirement savings plan.• Free meals provided whilst on duty.• Uniform provided and laundered.More detail about HartWired Recruiting, please visit
