Opportunity Snapshot:

  • Compensation: $44.00/hour
  • Location: Dallas, TX
  • Assignment Duration: 12-month contract, opportunity to be extended
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid, 9/80 schedule (working in office three days per week)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 3+ years recruitment experience preferred 2+ years relevant HR experience required in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment (50+ requisitions)
  • Corporate Oil & Gas, Chemical, Manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
  • Ability to interact with high level executives (VP and Chief level).
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of organization
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS), Taleo, Workday
  • Social media recruiting skills
  • Understanding of federal and state employment laws
  • Must embody Client Cultural Traits: Collaborative, Creative, Results-Oriented, Proactive, Accountable, Risk-Taking
  • Ability to assist with improving recruiting processes and be a member of a collaborative team

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working with clients to identify current and prospective staffing requirements. Working closely with HRBP's and Hiring Managers to develop staffing strategies
  • Preparing and posting jobs in Applicant Tracking System (Taleo & Workday). Manage open positions and relationships with internal customers and external vendors
  • Sourcing for talent using LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Working the entire full-time recruiting process assessing candidate matches and coordinating interviews with hiring managers and HR Coordinator
  • Branding and promoting job opportunities through approved social media channels using job search aggregators and internet postings
  • Establish excellent networking channels and working internal candidate referrals. Attend virtual and on-site job fairs (in and out of area)
  • Must also assure compliance with Affirmative Action plans related to staffing role and advise managers on staffing policies and procedures. Work closely with HRBP's and Hiring Managers regarding Client's Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives
  • Ability to lead and participate in special projects that improve Talent Acquisition's technology and operational excellence
