Salary/Position Classification
* $13.00-$13.50 dependent on chemistry experience Hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
* 5-15 hours per week - Monday through Friday hours per week
* 100% Remote Work Availability: No

Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
All Chemistry Lab Assistants will be provided with the proper lab safety training prior to beginning work in the stockroom.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Setting up teaching labs
* Prepare chemicals
* Keep stockroom inventory
* Issue supplies and equipment to students at the window
* Wash glassware
* Some evenings may be needed to man the window for students to approach

Minimum Requirements
* Knowledge of basic scientific concepts
* Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits for the employed academic semester
* Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications
* General knowledge of chemistry
* Completion of one or more chemistry course
