Novus Anesthesia Partners is excited to partner with Cherokee Regional Medical Center! We are dedicated to building a cohesive and high-performing clinical team with a sustainable, professional and supportive environment. We are seeking talented CRNAs to join us in an independent practice setting at Cherokee Regional Medical Center in Cherokee, IA. As a CRNA with Novus at Cherokee Regional, you'll be working in a fully autonomous practice with a positive, collaborative culture. You will enjoy a flexible schedule that allows you to balance your work and personal life. We prefer candidates with regional block skills and independent practice experience. Facility: Cherokee Regional Medical Center Location: Cherokee, IA Pay: W-2 and 1099 options available Compensation: $300k - $310k W2 option $340k - $350k 1099 option $20k recruitment retention incentive Caseload includes: ENT, Gastro, General, OB/Gyn, Ophthalmology, Oral, Ortho, Pain, Podiatry, and Urology Benefits:

Qualifications:
  • Candidates with strong independent practice experience
  • All Novus CRNA must meet state licensure requirements.
  • CRNAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals where they will have privileges.
  • Two or more years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred.
  • Must have solid decision-making ability.
