Kelly Chevrolet is looking to recruit a Service Advisor with outstanding customer service skills, exceptional communication skills, and strong technical knowledge. As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer's experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners upon arrival to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. Our family-owned dealership offers health benefits, 401K, a great work atmosphere, and competitive pay.Description:Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective serviceDrive the sale of technician's time to meet departments sales forecastPrioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon requestKeep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changesEnsure customer has a positive dealership experienceKnow the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer's vehicle.Qualifications:Experience required 1+ yearsHave basic computer skills.
