TITLE: Chicago Campus Student Ambassador PositionDEPARTMENT: Chicago CampusREPORTS TO: Director of Student SuccessAVAILABLE TO: Undergraduate StudentsPOSITION DESCRIPTION:Student Ambassadors represent and promote DU Chicago Campus to prospective students, their families, and other guests, often, sharing the first impression of campus. Our Student Ambassadors play a vital role in the admission process by creating a positive and exciting campus experience and encouraging prospective students to choose DU Chicago CampusJOB COMPONENTS//PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide high-impact campus tours highlighting our academic rigor, intentional affordability, values-based/relationship-centered learning environment, and your firsthand experiences at DU Chicago Campus.
• Provide personalized campus tours and guest visits based on academic and experiential interests.
• Support on-campus visit activities and programs such as open houses, admitted student events, panels, and group visits.
• Develop relationships online through our chat platform. Duties include but are not limited to: responding to messages and supporting ongoing student engagement.
• Learn from other members of DU as well as campus partners to foster opportunities for connection and belonging at Admission-sponsored events.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a Dominican University student in good standing and not on Academic or Disciplinary probation.
• Must complete the Student Ambassador Canvas course and training modules.
• Must be available to attend all Student Ambassador continuous (in-person or virtual) learning sessions.
• Must have the availability to work evenings, during break periods, and weekends to support special events.
