With a goal of becoming the most trusted name in premium proteins, we create products for consumers and for retail and foodservice customers around the globe, while changing the way animals are raised for food.SummaryThis position is responsible for catching, handling, and properly loading live chickens safely and efficiently at a specified rate so that they can be transported to the poultry processing plant for processing.Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Catch 3 to 4 chickens in each hand.
• Place 20 to 25 chickens per minute in a draw.
• Place chickens in draw without harming the chickens.
• Place 10 to 12 chickens in each module.
• Required to learn every position related to catching chicken and loading equipment.
• Work with a catching team and reporting to a team crew leader.
• Adhere to all safety requirements including PPE, preventing, and reporting unsafe acts and conditions and Process Safety Management.
• Adhere to Poultry Care Requirements.
